Support and Maintenance Subscription Plans

We are here to help and assist you with any issues or need of support and maintenance for your website. We know how hard and time consuming it is to keep your website up to date and patched for all security and software bugs. We stay on top of these at all times and we are committed to help our clients to the best of our knowledge. The following subscription plans were designed with you in mind. Select the one that best fits your needs and we will do the rest. If you would like to get a quote for work outside any of these support plans please submit support ticket form at our support desk to receive FREE no-obligation quotation. Unless otherwise noted all subscription plans features are on a recurring payment basis. All plans rates are for normal priority requests. High and emergency priority requests have higher hourly rate. Basic plans are for a single website/domain only. Features and Terms of Service
  • - Support requests are limited to minor adjustments, consultation, DYI advice (Do It Yourself), investigation and fix of minor store breaks/issues, up to 15 min per request. For longer time and resource consuming issues plan hourly rate applies.
  • - We will schedule review and inspection time for your store and server (when applicable) log files for errors and potential issues with the website. We will send you a report with our findings and suggestions of possible ways to fix any issues found. Plan hourly rate applies for fixing these issues.
  • - All phone consultations must be scheduled in advance. Phone consultation may be replaced by Skype / WhatsApp session for international calls.
  • - Response times are up to the hours per plan and are in business hours on working days. We may respond to a support request earlier than that. The response time does not include providing solution or fixing the issue of the request. If the request is placed on non-working day or outside our business hours it will be processed on the next business day.
  • - 6 months initial commitment is required in order to take advantage of all the plan's features and special pricing. After that plan can be renewed. All plans can be cancelled at any time. No Refund will be provided after signup for any of the above plans. Also Note that Support is available only on select products as mentioned on their respective sales descriptions.
  • - Another important factor for us to provide proper support is your web hosting server selection. If its found incompatible with our products, you must switch to our suggested hosting. Our support will not involve fixing your server issues and anything related to your hosting server, mail server and so on..
  • - Any work request will be scheduled on our next available opening. The Pro plan gets priority scheduling over the other plans. Any emergency requests are excluded from this and will be scheduled as soon as possible.
  • - Installation cost for any script on any domain is additional and to be paid per instance and the cost depends on the plan you opt, for example One installation cost is Just 10 USD for a Pro plan users. You can safely make additional payments like these at https://paypal.me/zeescripts . This applies to installation and initial setup of website/software only. Setting up taxes, shipping, products, and other data as well as any other tasks related to this such as setting up server environment, installation/setup of MySQL, PHP, SSL and other software, 3rd party modules, etc. will encounter additional cost at the plan hourly rates.
  • - The plan hourly rate for any work not included with the plan such as non-support requests, custom work, installation and integration services, etc. High and Emergency priority requests have higher hourly rate.
  • - In certain cases for large projects we can provide project-based lump sum cost instead of hourly-based one. Let us know ahead of time with your request for quote so we can plan accordingly. We reserve the right to accept or decline such requests.
  • - Please refer to the Support/Contact page for our business hours, holidays and non-working days. Any requests for work to be performed outside our normal business hours will be charged at the highest hourly rate. We reserve the right to accept or decline such requests.
  • - All phone consultations must be schedules in advance. Phone consultation may be replaced by Skype / WatsApp session for international calls.
  • - We can provide training over the phone, email or on-site. If training is provided on-site client is responsible for all the costs associated with the training session, transportation, lodging, and daily expenses.
